Hudson-MPA Sdn. Bhd. is a joint venture between Ashapura Minechem Ltd., Hudson Resources Limited, (an Australian public listed company) and Malaysian Phosphate Additives Sdn. Bhd., a local manufacturer of feed phosphates. Hudson-MPA is a renowned and reliable manufacturer and exporter of industrial absorbents suitable for numerous applications which meet stringent specifications and international standards of quality.

Ashapura group has established a Joint Venture Company in Sultanate of Oman with Alawi Enterprises LLC, Sultanate of Oman for mining, processing and value addition of Ground Calcium Carbonate, Gypsum and other industrial minerals.
